Hailed by EBONY magazine in 2004 as one of the nation’s 30 leaders who are 30 and under, Marco Watson McMillian currently serves as CEO of MWM & Associates, and was recently appointed as the Leadership Effectiveness Initiative Program Manager for New Leaders Memphis.

The young executive has served as the International Executive Director for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff) to the President at Alabama A&M University and Associate Director of Development at Jackson State University. A trained educator, the former classroom teacher has received a myriad of awards and commendations.  Additionally, he holds membership in many social, civic and professional societies in which he serves on the board of directors of several.
