Victoria Frye

Victoria Frye, District Compliance Officer is a professional with 20+ years of human resource management experience, the last 15 years have been in the public-school, State and non-profit arena’s.  She has notable experience in Diversity, Equity,Implicit Bias and Inclusion training. She also works on the development,of strategic human resource planning, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, She a strong background in compensation, staffing/recruitment, and management coaching.
She holds a MBA, from University of Phoenix, Bachelors in Business and a Bachelors in Human Resources from Franklin University.  She has worked with the prestigious National Multi-Cultural Institute in Washington DC to become a trainer in cultural competency. As a past adjunct professor for Ashland College she have developed curriculum for Teachers, Principals and Public Leaders regarding culture competency , diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Implicit Bias.  Ms. Frye is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation/certification.  Ms. Frye also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation/certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).  Ms. Frye is a certified 500 Hr Yoga Instructor specializing in Trauma informed, Resiliency, Inclusive Yoga, Cultural Competency and implicit Bias. In Yoga. She is a Lead Trainer for a Yoga Teacher Trainee Certification Program. She is also Certified In Urban Zen Integrative Therapy and serves Undervalued, underrepresented and undeserved populations.
